Visiting Pet Program
Our program has grown steadily since its inception, currently including over 100 volunteer handlers who visit more than 20 area nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and special facilities for children. The animal therapist include a variety of mix-breed and pedigreed dogs and cats, as well as guinea pigs and rabbits. All animals have been temperment tested during our Pet/Handler evaluation held twice a year and are given an annual health check by a veterinarian.

Our motto: "Bringing Love and Leaving Smiles"

Our mission: Through the animals unconditional love,
the Visiting Pet Program strives to enhance the quality of life of all we meet.
